Teachers and students as rights owners
Teachers and students are not only users, they also create their own works (worksheets for lessons, essays etc.) or perform works such as plays. This makes them rights owners and they must therefore give consent, for example, if the school wishes to display their drawings on the school website. However, teachers’ employment contracts or study regulations can contain provisions for the rights to the works of teachers and students to be passed on to the school.
