It is important to ensure not only that your design is protected, but also what that protection covers.
Effective design protection requires a careful analysis of your product. What gives the product its individual character? Is it a single aspect of the product that is new and particularly important, such as its:
- material characteristics or
Or is it a combination of the individual aspects or all of them as a whole?
The size of the product is not important when evaluating the individual character. What matters is the overall impression.
