If you file your design with the EUIPO (the European Union Intellectual Property Office), your design will be protected in all member states of the European Union. Switzerland is therefore not covered by this application.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you can file the design with EUIPO yourself. However, you must appoint a representative in the EU for the entire process.
For more information on filing an application, geographical coverage and other features and fees, please visit the EUIPO website.
