In principle, IP rights are only valid within the territory of the country that granted them. A Swiss patent protects an invention in Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. Have you also obtained protection abroad? Before you begin to export, especially if you haven’t obtained protection abroad, be certain that you will not be infringing the rights of anyone in your target market.
