If you’re a recipient, i.e. someone who has ordered a product that has been detained by the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS), the easiest way to access the online service is via the QR code we have provided. Alternatively, you can access the service via this direct link.

If you’re an applicant, i.e. a rights holder or their representative who has submitted an application for assistance to the FOCBS, you can access the service via your user account.
