In this seminar, participants will learn how agreements should be formulated so that nothing stands in the way of a successful cooperation with third parties. Clearly defining in advance of a collaboration who is entitled to which IP rights, who registers which IP rights, what is subject to confidentiality, which uses are permitted, what licences can be granted and which intellectual property belongs to whom, avoids experiencing any unpleasant surprises. Participants will learn and understand the most important contractual elements of a cooperation agreement and will receive specific guidelines for their daily work.
The seminar is comprised of a theoretical part and practical exercises. This ensures that participants will be able to directly implement what they have learned in the seminar in their work environment.
- Knowledge of the relevant contractual elements when collaborating with third parties.
