Swiss Innovation Forum 2020 to be held as an online festival

Due to the current situation, the Swiss Innovation Forum (SIF) will not be held as a one-day conference this year, but will take place in virtual form from 17 - 19 November. True to its motto "It's Time To Innovate – NOW", giving up and cancelling is not an option for the leading Swiss innovation conference.

The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) is once again one of the main partners and will participate in the digital event – with a virtual booth and a breakout session.

The three-day online festival will feature 40 speakers from Switzerland and abroad, who will take visitors into the world of innovation in inspiring breakout sessions and lectures. Speakers already confirmed include Ariel Ekblaw, CEO and founder of the MIT Space Exploration Initiative, and Professor Dr. Markus Gabriel, Director of the International Center for Philosophy at the University of Bonn.

Participants can also expect virtual networking, the presentation of the Swiss Technology Award 2020, the virtual Future Expo (with an IPI stand) and other on-demand content – all from the comfort of their own homes or while on the move.

More information on the event and our activities will be available soon on the IPI website. Registration is already open on the event website.
