The design database provides information on all active and cancelled Swiss designs. You can also request register changes for your registered IP rights within the database itself.

In the database, you can find information on all active and cancelled design rights in Switzerland and see their current status and history.

Please note that design applications are not included and that conducting a search in the design database before registering a design is not sufficient to rule out any potential conflict between a design and designs that have already been registered.

Request register changes

As an owner or representative, you can request changes to the register entry for your registered designs directly in the design database.
 
Please note that requests for register changes can only be submitted in German, French or Italian.
