User account for trade mark and application register changes

Want to conveniently manage the register entries of your trade marks and trade mark applications online? We would be happy to set up a user account for you.

 

With your user account, you have access to your trade marks and trade mark applications registered with the IPI and can easily request changes to the register. You benefit from the possibility of mass changes, can keep track of all applications at all times and you generally are not required to submit any official documents of evidence.

 

To use this service, you must register to receive IPI trade mark correspondence electronically. This option is only available for trade mark owners and representatives.

 

Once your user account has been created, you will receive your access information and the terms of use securely via your electronic delivery platform as eGov registered mail.

 

Please note that register changes can only be made in German, French or Italian.

Alternatively, you can log in to the trade mark database with your user account. Or, select the desired trade mark or application in detail view and click on 'Change' and log in with your user account or as a guest.

 

Security of our online services

Our online services are secure to use – you access your user account with the email address registered for electronic delivery and a personal password. For increased security, you can also set up two-factor authentication in your user account.
