Consultation procedure on the draft of the "Swiss Made" Ordinance for Watches
The Federal Council opened the consultation procedure on the Draft of the “Swiss Made” Ordinance for Watches on 2 September 2015 (see Media Release in German, pdf). The consultation ended on 2 December 2015.
Interested parties and cantons had the possibility of putting forward specific proposals. A total of 91 opinions were received. Fourteen of those who took part in the consultation expressly waived making any comment on the content of the draft. The opinions received were acknowledged, weighted and evaluated.
The Federal Council approved the report on the results of the consultation procedure with which it acknowledges the opinions.
