Supervision of patent attorneys and release from professional confidentiality
Under Art. 13 PatAA, the Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP) is responsible for the supervision of the patent attorneys. Release from professional confidentiality will be carried out by the FDJP General Secretariat.
