Emails are currently circulating that appear to come from the IPI.
The IPI generally sends fee invoices by post and with an official IPI letterhead, unless you've activated e-delivery. In this case, you'll receive invoices as PDFs via your eGov account – never exclusively as text in an email.
Please be careful when paying invoices and always check the sender of the emails.
