The search results are subsequently reviewed by patent experts, and a selection of relevant documents grouped by specialist area is compiled. You receive a concise search report containing the most relevant identified patent documents. The AI patent search is suitable for a wide range of search types, including novelty searches, technology searches, validity searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches and rapid state-of-the-art assessments.

It uses multiple AI search tools (currently IPRally, Origin, Octimine, Ambercite) and, an expert subsequently compiles the identified documents. It provides a fast and efficient initial overview but does not replace a comprehensive, systematic patent search involving advanced search strategies, classification searches and, citation analysis. The AI patent search is filed electronically and can also be expanded at a later date if required.
