Patenting practice in the field of watch technology has its own challenges. A half-day public event jointly organized by the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) will allow gaining some insight into these challenges.
The event will take place at the IPI on 15 September 2016. Patent examiners from both offices, Tobias Bremi from the Swiss Federal Patent Court and a representative of the patent attorney firm Micheli & Cie will present and discuss current and future developments in the patenting of watch technology.
