By using a filter, you can limit your search, for example, to specific trade mark types and/or specific classes of goods and services.
You can activate the filter or filters you wish to use before searching or use filters to refine your search results. In the second case, only the filter applicable to the search result will be displayed.
Active filters are indicated by an asterisk as well as appearing under the heading ‘Filter’.
You can remove the filters individually (directly beside the filter or under the heading ‘Filter’) or remove all at the same time by clicking ‘Reset’.
For the filters filing date, registration date, cancellation date, publication date and expiry date, you can choose a suggested or a customised period of time. The date ranges ‘last week’, ‘last month’ and ‘last year’ are calculated from the search date.
This filter is available for registered users. You can use it to search for IP rights for which you indicated the specified email address as the address for service.
If you select several classes of goods and services, you will find all trade marks and trade mark applications that claim protection in at least one of these classes.
If you are only interested in IP rights that claim protection in all of these classes, please search specific fields.
The publication date refers to the official publication of new trade mark registrations in Switzerland. You will not find any applications with this filter. It also cannot be used to search for international trade marks.
