On 1st of July 2014, the bilateral Free Trade Agreement between Switzerland and China has entered into force. This treaty contains a chapter dedicated to the protection of intellectual property. more.
Since 2007, China and Switzerland engage in a bilateral dialogue on intellectual property. Within this framework, both countries discuss issues regarding all areas of intellectual property, such as patents and designs, trademarks and geographical indications, but also cross-cutting matters such as enforcement of intellectual property rights. more
